Bankers Giveth ... and Bankers Taketh Away, 11-15-08
Ray Hanania's World Comic Strips

The Congress gave the Banking industry the first $85 billion in relief of $700 billion promised. They asked the banks to ease the suffering on homeowners, those in foreclosure. How will the banks respond to the losses they expect to suffer? With the usual greed. Raising credit card interest rates by 3 percent.

In the end, the banks will actually make more money.
